1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

2. Return Process

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.

7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or part of clearance promotions are not eligible for return or refund.

8. Refund Delays
If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us for assistance.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at [email protected]. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped.
